What is the temperature range of your furnaces?
Our furnaces can reach above 2500ºC in an inert atmosphere, and as low as 0ºC in air. We can range widely depending on our customers unique needs.
How long does it take to set up the furnaces?
Our furnaces are Turn Key. We supply everything you need to set them up and start using them right away. Typically, a MELLEN furnace system can be used as soon as it is unpacked and connected to power.
What size furnaces can you make?
Our furnaces range in size dramatically. We make furnaces that are made at manufacturing scale, so large they will only fit in a warehouse. We also make furnaces that are so small, they have been taken into space!
What if i need help?
MELLEN is here for you. We work with you during the design phase to make sure your system is exactly what you need, and we are here for you after you’ve received your system. MELLEN’s knowledgeable technicians can walk you through initial setup, and answer any questions you may have about your system.
How long does it take to make a furnace?
It all depends on the furnace. We have a wide array available in-house, ready to ship. However, if you want a custom design, this will take a longer time and depend on the complexity of the design.
