6" Split NACCI | 0-1325ºC

INFORMATION

GENERAL

The MELLEN Split NACCI furnace operates at temperatures up to 1250ºC in air. The furnace comes standard with 4- and 5- inch adapters to allow one furnace to support 4-, 5-, and 6-inch diameter process tubes. The furnace has flexible heated lengths ranging from 6- to 36-inch. Utilizing a high-efficiency ceramic fiber insulation pack, the furnace has fast heat-up rates.

All furnaces contain integrated over temperature alarm protection per zone. Three-zone configurations have multiple integrated over temperature alarms (one each zone). 

HEATING ELEMENTS 

The furnace utilizes Exposed APM heating elements capable of 1250ºC in air. 

Upon request, the Split NACCI elements can be replaced with special, REH alloy heating elements. REH elements are capable of temperatures as high as 1325ºC in air.

The three zone furnaces come standard with 6” long end zones (eg. the zone breakdown of a 36” long hot zone with three zones is 6-24-6 inches).

CONTROLLER 

The furnace system comes complete with an integrated dual-display controller per zone with 8 Ramp/ Soak/Programs and 8 Segments. It includes autotune and has a universal input with an auxiliary alarm output. An RS485 Communications Port and an integrated over temperature alarm per zone come standard.
